1.QE-21 chip resetter can reset both our one time resetable chip and original chip.
2.Don't reset the chip if the printer doesn't indicate ink status.
3.Please choose the rigtht type of resetter for different cartridge models(shows below).Please note that if you use"L" type resetter on the "s" or "M" model cartridge,the chip will work according to "L" model cartridge.It means that the cartridge need to be filled 85ml ink .
